Define Your Needs

I will introduce you to Cyprus West Coast, will present you with sample assets in different categories, and will guide you through major purchase-related aspects: expenses, taxation, funds transfer, bank account, legal procedure, renovations, accessorizing, asset management, etc. We'll discuss your specific requirements and aspirations to understand exactly what you're looking for.

Assets Scouting, Reservation-Letter

I will explore the market (physically) to short-list assets that match your specific criteria. I’ll introduce you to the best available options. You'll select your preferred asset, and I'll handle the negotiations and secure the deal’s conditions with the vendor. We will sign a reservation letter, with suspensive conditions relating to further checks required before we finally commit.

Sign Agreement, Stamp & Lodge It

I will lead all necessary legal, architectural, and physical checks to ensure no detail is overlooked. After all conditions are met, we shall sign the agreement. We shall open a bank account, transfer 30% of the deal's amount, stamp the agreement (to officialize it), and lodge it in the land registry (gaining real-right on the purchased asset).

Transfer of Ownership, Title-Deed

Purchasers who are not EU citizens will be approved to purchase by the Council of Ministers. Simultaneously the vendor will apply for tax approvals. Then we shall set a meeting in the land registry, and ownership will be transferred. We will pay the remaining 70% of the deal's amount and related taxes and duties.

Business Setup or Relocation

Whether you like to start generating income via Airbnb/Booking, rent your asset for the long-term, use it for vacations, or relocate, in the last phase we will manage all related issues, including utilities transfer, insurance, internet / TV connection, accessorizing, upgrading your home, photo-shooting, license to operate Airbnb, etc. At this point, I will also introduce you to key post-sale reliable professionals like asset managers, maintenance teams, pool companies, gardeners, complex management, etc.
